Return & Refund Policy
CHAELBOX LLC aims to provide a transparent and fair return process for all customers.
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. All return requests must be submitted through our support email with order details and reason for return.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-returnable items include final sale products and customized furniture items.
